are soft.
Add chicken, rest of spices, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar. Scoop about one tbs of mixture in tortilla and fold. Top servings with more sauce, shredded cheddar, top green onion, and Jalapenos |

Melt butter, add seasoning.
Cook until tender. Add eggplant and tomatoes. Cook until eggplant is soft. Remove heat. Add egg, bread crumbs, cheese. Optional: Season with ham, bacon, or shrimp |

Fry seasoning in butter.
Add shrimp, Tony's, paprika. Cook on simmer 5 minutes. Add half & half. Thicken with whole wheat flour. Serve on whole wheat thin spaghetti. |

Add seasoning. Cook until brown- remove heat. Add egg, bread crumbs, cheese. Stuff in blanched(par-boiled) peppers. Optional: *season with ham, bacon, or shrimp * top with red sauce or cheese. |

Add onion, pepper, tomatoes, garlic. Cook down. Add chicken. Add tomato sauce and 1 can water. Add pepper and Tony's. Bring to boil. Serve on top of whole wheat pasta. Suggested: Penne pasta |

Fry shallots in butter. Add cheese, half & half, spinach. |

Saute Creole Seasoning Mix in butter for approx. 5 minuites
(until tender).
Add Half and Half, Tonys seasoning, salt, garlic powder and bring to a Boil. Slowly add wheat flour into mixture while stirring vigorously to avoid clumping. While sauce is simmering, add crawfish (including any and all fat and juice in bags). Serve over Brown Rice. Garnish with fresh Chives. |

Boil pasta, drain, and put on side.
Cut the Green Peppers and Yellow Onions into large chunks and saute in butter until slighty soft. Brown Ground Chuck, drain oil. Combine three jars of sauce, ground chuck, vegetables and mix well. Clean out jars with wine into mixture. Bring to boil and let simmer for about 25 minutes. Yields 15 - 16oz portions. |
