Slicing a mango isn’t the easiest thing to do.
The skin is tough, the flesh can be a bit slimy, and there’s a hard pit in the middle.

- Pick a mango that isn’t too hard, but not too soft.
- Slice mango into three pieces.
- Toss the middle piece that contains the hard pit.
- Cross cut each “end”
- Pop out
- Pull off mango tabs… or slice onto plate/bowl!
